Successfully defended federal CEQA challenge to General Plan preventing over $100K in loss.
Saved over $1M in an inverse condemnation action filed against the City of South Lake Tahoe.
Defended a major bankruptcy lawsuit filed by the Chateau Development Project, the site of a future
convention center, resulting in significant savings for the City of South Lake Tahoe.
Defended the city’s transit system saving in excess of $500K.
Negotiated with seven collective bargaining units for reduction in workforce benefits and proposed
increased contributions preventing over $500K in annual payouts.
Oversaw Redevelopment Agency phase out and formation of successor agency and oversight board.
Facilitated ordinances and resolutions of: -medical marijuana --general plan -amendment area plans
