Fellowship Host

The Oakland City Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for third-year law students and lawyers completing judicial clerkships or other fellowships who are able to secure funding (e.g., through their law school or a foundation) to work with its Community Lawyering and Civil Rights Unit and/or its Neighborhood Law Corps (“NLC”) starting in 2021. The City cannot provide independent funding to fellows, but will host and rely on fellows as full members of the team.
