ADR Professional Panel members have the opportunity to promote their practice in the following ways:
Binder Listing
Add your name, contact information and all applicable designation of ADR professional categories ( i.e. “Full Time ADR professional”) to the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Binder. This binder can be accessed by the public or attorneys. Your listing in the binder is included with your application fee.
Website Listing
Be listed in the exclusive ADR Directory on the SLO Bar Association website, which can be accessed directly from the main menu of the site by anyone looking for an attorney. In addition to the profile listing you can link to a PDF biography from your profile, which may be up to four pages. In order to be approved as a member of the ADR Professional Panel you must contact the ADR section Chair, Andrew Weiss at arweiss03@gmail.com, submit a request, and be vetted to make sure that you meet the agreed upon standards and criteria for the listing classification you are seeking. There is a first time application fee of $300 and an annual fee of $100 to be listed on the ADR Directory. If payment is not made for any year, the Member’s information will be removed from the Site. This payment is to be made payable to the “San Luis Obispo County Bar Association.” View the ADR Professional Panel directory.
